Ethics in third sector-school partnerships: a conceptual framework

This paper offers a conceptual framework for evaluating the ethical dimensions of public-private partnerships in education, including partnerships between non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and governments. Based on an integrative review of the literature on related fields (including stakeholder theory and cross-sector partnerships) and of empirical studies on third-sector partnerships in education, the article offers a model for investigating the ethical conduct and parameters of such partnerships.
